All payments made to Hypetek Advertising Agency are considered as service activation fees and are used for planning, setup, resource allocation, and execution of marketing services.
We follow a limited refund policy as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:
If the client requests cancellation before campaign setup or execution has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Administrative Charges
  • Consultation Time
  • Strategy Prepration Cost

Once the campaign, ad setup, or store development has started, no refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in following cases:

  • Ads already launched on (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Creative work or strategy already delivered
  • E-commerce store setup started
  • Client delay or non-response
  • Unsatisfactory Performance issues due to market conditions

4. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee sales, leads, or profits. Results depend on multiple external factors including:

  • Market Demand
  • Ad Budget
  • Product/Service Quality
  • Platform Algorithm

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made by Hypetek Advertising Agency management on a case-by-case basis.

2. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any service from Hypetek Advertising Agency, the client agrees not to initiate any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes.

2. Dispute Resolution First

In case of any issue, the client must contact us directly for resolution before initiating any bank dispute or chargeback. We offer:

3. Proof of Service
